Broken Skies: Horizon’s End Book 1: (A Post-Apocalyptic…

Across the country, a mysterious plague sweeps through both salt and fresh water, killing anyone - animals and humans alike - unfortunate enough to be in its vicinity. Relentless as it multiplies, all natural and man-made offenses and defenses against it are useless, and millions die in the first twenty-four hours alone.

Fishing off the coast of Massachusetts when disaster strikes, Mason Becker barely manages to get his boat ashore, and discovers to his horror that he and his family are some of the only survivors in his small town.

A thousand miles away in Seattle, Shannon Becker's business conference turns to chaos when thousands begin dropping dead in the city. As pandemonium breaks out, her ability to make snap decisions will be put to the test, and her ability to return to her husband and children is not guaranteed.
