Armor Brigade: Armor Brigade #1
Congratulations Citizen, you have been selected for military service.
It’s the news no one wants. Fighting the aliens known as the Ma’Tis is a dangerous occupation. Recruit Cosmo Frost will have to devote himself completely if he’s going to become a Battle Trooper and qualify for the elite Armor Brigade.
The HAVOC drone is an experimental new technology developed specifically for the war with the Ma’Tis. The Heavy Armor Vehicle for Offensive Combat is faster and more agile than a MECH. It’s a walking weapons platform controlled by Battle Troopers in the newly developed Movement Assisted Light Armor. They could change the course of the war with the Ma’Tis and give the humans an edge against their enemies all across the galaxy. But a drone is only as useful as its pilot can make it. And the experimental tech isn’t without flaws. With lives on the line, the Battle Troopers in the new Armor Brigade will have to find a way to win.
When Cosmo gets drafted into the service, his girlfriend Allura discovers that she can’t just go on with her life as planned. Fortunately, she’s resourceful and incredibly smart. Soon, she’ll find a way to contribute to the war effort and stay connected to Cosmo, but her plans may cost her everything in the end.
Armor Brigade is the start of a brand-new military sci-fi adventure in the vein of Starship Troopers, and the Frontline Series. From master storyteller Toby Neighbors comes a brand-new, action-packed novel that is sure to become your new favorite. With characters you can’t help but root for as they forge a new path into a war that has waged for decades, Armor Brigade is exactly the kind of book you’ve been longing for.
Armor Brigade is rated PG-13 for violence and mild language.
