What is the Order of Scion?
Where do they get their power from?
And most importantly, what do they want with Lieutenant Mitch Murphy of the Colonial Marine Corps?Humanity has just begun to venture out of their home system and the universe is a very busy place. There are untold numbers of hostile, alien species. Some have great intelligence, others are savage beasts, and they all want what the humans have. The CMC was driven off New Terra, but with Leo Squad in place they’re primed and ready for a new fight and to reclaim what they lost—no matter how many Marines have to die.
Mitch Murphy is a guest on board a strange alien ship. He’s been offered a place in the mysterious Order of Scion, but he has no idea who they are, or what they are really all about. It will be up to him to find his way on a strange world millions of light years from home. It could be a journey of incredible discovery, or maybe one of mortal danger.
