Legacy – Emergence

Then he disappeared without a trace.

Ripped from his life and thrown centuries forward in time, Jackson has lost everything he has ever known.

The galaxy he awakens to is filled with hostile civilizations, extraordinary technology, and dangers he can barely comprehend.

But Jackson soon discovers he wasn't brought to this future by accident.

He possesses an incredibly rare genetic gift—the ability to activate technology left behind by an Ancient civilization that once ruled the stars.

Technology powerful enough to change the balance of power across the galaxy.

Conscripted into humanity's interstellar military service, Jackson must learn to survive in a world for which nothing in his old life prepared him. With only his AI companion Bits at his side, he'll have to master unfamiliar technology, endure grueling military training, and become something he never imagined he could be.

Meanwhile, the mysterious forces who brought Jackson to this time are searching for him—and for the powerful technology only he can unlock. Whatever their true agenda, Jackson is clearly part of it.

And in a galaxy where ancient secrets can determine the fate of civilizations, the most dangerous secret of all may be Jackson himself.
